Council's approval of the Capital Budget included approving 10 community-based projects which will be made possible through the City's Partnership Opportunity Legacy Fund 2 (POL 2 Funds).
Toronto City Council today approved a new collective agreement with the Toronto Civic Employees' Union Local 416 (CUPE), which represents 4,200 active outside workers and paramedics. This new collective agreement is one which is reasonable, affordable and allows the City to respond more effectively to the needs of Toronto residents and businesses.
